Left my Vehicle with Rachel H for VIP services and she handled it very unprofessionally, after vehicle was ready I waited for almost 2 hours for the ride, no one showed up and she was gone for the day, no handled it very unprofessionally, after vehicle was ready I waited for almost 2 hours for the ride, no one showed up and she was gone for the day, no one went over the multi point inspection or other services they performed. Very disappointed and unsatisfactory experience for me, because of her, I will not recommend anyone to this dealership. Thanks More

This was my first visit to Sheehy Honda. I'd been looking for a dealership closer to home, as well as simply not wanting to return to my original dealership (for various reasons).
