Rachel is my go-to person in the Service Department. She is courteous, professional and very knowledgeable as a service representative. She always provides me with an assessment of my service needs in advance and lets me know the recommended timeline in which repairs should be done (or whether or not repairs can be put on hold to accommodate my budget). Vijay is the Service Manager and he's super exceptional! He is always available and willing to address any questions or concerns I might have. Rachel and Vijay are absolutely the best!
