Since I posted a review on this site, the finance manager, Farid, took steps to do the right thing. I had since gone back to re-sign the paperwork without any problems. When I went to this store and was told my salesman of many years, Siam, had quit from that store, I should have taken the cue and ran! Being a reliable customer to Sheehy Honda is not worth a penny to that store. I just bought a CRV, went to their finance, and was told nothing but lies by their finance guy. He sold me warranty and didn't even explain to me. I went home and went through all my paperwork and realized the figures didn't make sense. Went back to this nasty store and canceled the extended warranty. Instead of letting me re-sign a new contract, the finance manager, fared, refused and lied to me that even though I canceled, my payment will stay the same. My wife and I were helpless and couldn't do anything. After searching for my original salesman, Siam who now works for Hendrick Honda, and explaining everything, he was shocked! He explained to me that since I went back that quickly, it's mostly likely the contract I signed was not submitted, and the finance guy should have helped me. Anyway, I learned my lesson. NEITHER ME NOR ANY FRIENDS OR FAMILY OF MINE WILL EVER DO BUSINESS WITH SHEEHY HONDA. And I don't recommend that store to person. Please, if you want Honda, Go see Siam Ezoa in Woodbridge Honda. More
The finance department is entirely unresponsive. In addition, they dealer owes me nearly $4,000, but have failed to respond to any emails, calls, or even letters! I am considering consulting a consumer protection attorney if this matter is not responded to appropriately. Surely, the dealership is engaging in poor customer service at the least and, at the worst, well, that's for the law to decide. More
