They are quite explicit in informing me of the services involved, and the cost. I am usually given an accurate time frame as to how long a wait time is involved. If not remaining at the dealership, i am given a phone call when everything is completed.. If additional work is needed, they will inform me, and a cost estimate. They even wash my vehicle. I have nothing but the utmost of praise for your dealership. This is intended to be a 5 star review. ***** More

I took the car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a scheduled service appointment and drove the car into the service area. When I got out of the car, none of the 4 people at the service counter I had a scheduled service appointment and drove the car into the service area. When I got out of the car, none of the 4 people at the service counters asked me if "I needed anything" when I walked up to their counters (no eye contact at all). I finally asked a guy for help and he told me to wait while he finished his call. Two days after the service appointment I saw that both tire valve caps were missing on the passenger side of the car. I sent Richard a photo of the valves with no caps and asked him if he could mail me the caps and he texted me "They could have been missing prior to the visit but we can provide new black caps for you at no cost...but we cannot mail them out." I find Richard's claim that I was lying about the caps very offensive. I am sure they were on the car when I took it to Sheehy. If I ever have Sheehy do service work to the car again, which is a big if, I plan to video every part of the car to prove my point should something go missing or be damaged after I pick up the car from the service department. Rather than drive out of my way to try and get the caps from Sheehy Honda, I ordered 4 matching caps from Amazon and they were mailed to me. I am very unhappy that Sheehy could not resolve a problem as simple as missing tire valve caps to my satisfaction. I can only imagine the runaround Sheehy would have given me if the service techs significantly damaged a part of my car when they were working on it. PS. I bought a tire wrench to verify all the tire lug nuts were tight, since it was clear I couldn't trust the Sheehy service techs and I could only imagine the excuses I would have heard if a tire fell off while I was driving down the road and I claimed the lug nuts fell off because the Sheehy techs did not tighten them properly. Luckily they were all tight. Unfortunately, if you take your car in to Sheehy you better be prepared to double check all they did before you leave the parking lot if you want them to take responsibility and fix it. More
I have gone to them to get all my car services done for 20 years and they have never failed to deliver excellent service. I credit them with my family never having had a single car breakdown in those 20 y 20 years and they have never failed to deliver excellent service.
