Ms. Rachel Higgins has provided extraordinary customer service to me and is very professional and personable. She always has a smile when she greets me upon arrival. On two of my service visits, I had the need to have available to me a loaner vehicle rented from Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Thanks to Ms. Rachel the loaner process (rental vehicle) from Enterprise was flawless, timely and no monetary cost to me, no issues with fees, deposits, and deposit refunds etc. Knowing that Ms. Rachel will be my POC and assistant the next time I come to the dealership for future routine scheduled maintenance or even an unexpected repair makes me feel greatly at ease! I have full confidence and trust in her abilities to oversee my visits. Kudos to Ms. Rachel! Her quick response (days faster than other dealers) meant that I was able to testdrive and purchase a vehicle from Sheehy before other dealers even acknowledged my interest in a similar vehicle. I did not equally love the attempt by the finance/warranty team to try to upsell me when it was time to sign papers, but that wasn't the fault of Abdullah or Elizabeth, so they still get 5 stars. I definitely recommend reaching out to them if you're in the market for a vehicle. They will take care of you as a customer. More
