Dear Mr. Mohabat, First of all, we thank you for your message today. We feel that its a little late since it took a review to get a response from you. I have emailed both you and Michelle(sales manager) and gave both of you a chance to reach out in a timely manner but it never happens. Michelle(service operator) made it very clear that she had spoken with you while you were in Texas at a convention, she said " Mr. Mohabat will give a call you later today, if not, then Friday" that was over three weeks ago. She made it very clear to me that you will be calling personally to apologize about our experience at Sheehy. I am in the hospitality business myself and can tell you that i have not done this kind of review on any business that i encountered but i feel that people should and have the right to know and hear from a single voice that was not happy with the overall service. Nowadays, with our economy the way it is so it makes it very hard have and retain a loyal customer for life because you have to go that "extra mile" everyday to make your new customer happy. I understand that we can't make everyone happy but i felt that i gave you more than one chance to make things right first with the email again with my message to your customer service. "There are no spare customer", this is the message that i tell my staff everyday. Please be so kind and send us the amend VIP contract to state that you are waiving the fee.
