Thanks to Sam, I found the vehicle I wanted, test drove it and was ready to make a deal. Sam was very friendly and professional in all regards. When I proposed a reasonable offer for the car he proceeded to consult with Michelle Barnes. She approached me in a very rude manner, unwilling to even speak to me. Simply told me that the price was non-negotiable and advised me to find something cheaper and dismissed me. She had no idea what my financial status was but just assumed. I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership. I left immediately after that display of disrespect by a manager of Sheehy who allowed a sale to walk right out without even an apology. Truly unacceptable. More

Pilot Purchase This was my third Honda vehicle bought at this dealership in the past twelve years. As it was with my first purchase, this one was very pleasant and This was my third Honda vehicle bought at this dealership in the past twelve years. As it was with my first purchase, this one was very pleasant and conducted in what I consider to be a very friendly and professional manner. The price consulted and suggested through my USAA car buying program was honored without any question and other unknown incentives and rebates were also applied without any hesitation. The sales person who took care of me, Mr. Marcus Cameron, is, without question, the best I have encountered in a long, long time. The sales manager, Mr. Dean Schuyler, is also not far behind. My wife and I arrived at the dealership already having made a decision on the vehicles we wanted to put our eyes on, were at the end of our shopping process. Haroun approached us on the lot and showed us the used vehicles we had our eyes on. He immediately shifted our focus to a new vehicle and offered us a price that beat out the vehicles we had come for. The negotiating experience went well, Haroun seemed comfortable and made us feel comfortable with the process. We ultimately settled on a price a bit higher than originally offered but the price was significantly below invoice so I was satisfied. The paperwork process went smoothly but took quite a while compared to my last car buying experience. The process did not lend itself to us making a definitive decision until we were with the loan officer, I would have liked all of the information being presented at the front end in order to avoid any second thoughts during the finalization process. In all sincerity and fairness Haroun did his job competently and made us feel comfortable and this was his charge. I would recommend setting him loose on some of the details of the sale so that he can make a deal without having to stay leashed to the Sales Manager. Overall our experience was made much better by his knowledge, presence and help. More
I was given great customer service from the moment I stepped inside the dealership. Pallob was generous enough to be patient with helping me find a car even when I arrived 30 mins prior to the business stepped inside the dealership. Eventually, I found my dream car and Dean the manager ensured in getting my car customized to exactly the way I wanted, meaning a black car with black interior. VIP Club membership is not a lifetime "paid" membership, the salesman Robert Jacob fails to mention that is only the first 7 years then its a renewal for $199 then its lifetime. After we spend over $30, 000 for new Honda CRV Navi and at the signing we found out from the finance manager this "little detail" was left out when we made the VIP Club purchases. We emailed the GM Mr. Sina Mohabat Michelle Barnes (General Sales Manager) but never heard a single word from neither of them. Did hear from Michelle (customer service) and told her about our experience in which she reassured us they will not charge us the renewal fee. This was our first time at Sheehy due to their reputations but will not be a repeat customer. Especially, since Michelle promised that Mr. Mohabat will call personally once he gets out the conference in Texas. Three weeks have passed and not a single word from the management team of Sheehy in Alexandria and have result in this review. Being a General Manager like Mr. Mohabat is extremely challenging with many aspects of running a car dealership but if he cannot follow through on his promises to call a new customer then one has to wonder if this trickle down through the rest of his team. This review would not happen if he had calls like promise, in the end we love the Honda CRV but unfortunately we will not be lifetime Sheehy loyalist. Must Follow Through More

My sales person was Earl Stewart, who I will highly recommend to anyone I know. He listened to my list of wants, and worked with Michelle Barnes to secure my perfect new car. He answered every single question I had, and spent time showing me many of the features in the car before I drove away. For the financing part, I worked with Kidest Bekele. She informed me about the optional coverage available, and explained each and every form to me before I signed. Both she and Earl were extremely welcoming and friendly. My experience could not have been better. More
