He was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I had been searching for my car for weeks. To no avail, I found nothing. The other dealerships I visited could not produce the easy going experience Sheehy offered. Sheehy made the experience of buying a car stress free. The employees that assisted me in purchasing my car were stellar. Larry McGill, Jose Arias, and Karl were the best. If you are looking to purchase a car, I strongly recommend Sheehy of Alexandria, and the aforementioned guys. Hands down the best experience!!!!!!! More

Recent purchase of a gently-used Honda Civic I went into Sheehy Honda on Saturday, July 12 with the hopes of finding the Honda Civic that I was looking for, and with Larry McGill's assistance, I I went into Sheehy Honda on Saturday, July 12 with the hopes of finding the Honda Civic that I was looking for, and with Larry McGill's assistance, I surely did. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with, listened carefully to my needs and led me in the right direction. he followed up on small matters and did all he could to make this a very worthwhile experience, and let me say here that all the Sheehy staff was terrific - (Vanessa in financing, thank you!) - no sales pressure on anything. Larry McGill Best Sales Person at Sheehy Honda On Friday July 4th, 2014, we went car shopping for a Honda Accord. We couldn’t find the color combination we liked at one dealer so we called up Sheeh On Friday July 4th, 2014, we went car shopping for a Honda Accord. We couldn’t find the color combination we liked at one dealer so we called up Sheehy Honda and spoke to Larry McGill who was able to locate one for us. The moment we arrived we realized he had found the exact car we were looking for. Larry is exceptional. He is a very professional. He is best sales person I know. He is very polite and patient. We appreciated his depth of knowledge of the vehicles. He made us very comfortable with our choice and purchase of the Honda Accord. Great Deal for a great car I was looking for a new car after my 17 year old Mustang became no longer functional. I worked with Larry McGill, who after working with his Manager, I was looking for a new car after my 17 year old Mustang became no longer functional. I worked with Larry McGill, who after working with his Manager, Sina, was able to give me a great deal on a Civic. This was the first car I have ever leased on my own, and they were very helpful and explained everything to me, even though I was quite nervous during the whole process. I was then helped by another lady while I waited for Finance, sadly I can't remember her name but she was very kind and reassuring. I was then sent to work with Kidest, who was very friendly, and clear as crystal in her explanations! A Great experience all around! More

Almost 7 cars purchased from this dealer…Its one too many! I have has the pleasure of working with some really great folks from this dealership and unfortunately I will no longer. I took one of my cars in toda I have has the pleasure of working with some really great folks from this dealership and unfortunately I will no longer. I took one of my cars in today, June 24, 2014, and it was smooth as usual in the service department. Rachel met me with her bright smile and “Good Morning how are you” as usual and processed my car for an oil change with no issue as the norm. Then I jump into the shuttle van with my wonderful Porters who always make sure they have me where I need to be in time and head off to work. I get a call rather quickly from Rachel informing me that the car was ready for pick up and I was happy to hear it. I thanked her as usual and called my porter to come pick me up. He was here in 5 minutes which is why I appreciate them so much. Once I get back to the dealership to pick up my vehicle is when all xxxx breaks loose! I go to the counter to pick up my Civic and the lady hands me a bill. Must be a mistake as with all 7 vehicles I have purchased I have gotten the VIP package. I quickly find a manager Vijay who I explained everything too. He helped me as much as he could and was so kind. He called me after I left to explain to me what he found…..I am furious! The finance people at this location are a joke! After having to do a deal twice and deal with the general manager for a down payment I should have never paid it has been brought to my attention the finance person never switched over the VIP and dropped my GAP insurance!!!!!!! You have got to be kidding me! This was never explained to me at all when I came in to sign the second deal. At ALL!!!!! The GM and finance person assured me that the bank just wanted a down payment and everything else would remain the same…….NOT! I am warning everyone who wants to use this dealer ….USE THEM FOR THE GREAT PEOPLE……NOT TO BE FINANCED! Earl is your man to see in sales, Rachel for service, the porters will take excellent care of you, the manager Vijay and Dean is great as well. I would hope to hear from the General Manager, Sina, after this is posted but I am doubtful I will. You also have had 7 cars worth of opportunities to make it right with me and this will be the last time I will EVER purchase from this dealership who cannot seem to find a finance person to get it right to save there life’s. More

Most Wonderful Car Shopping Experience I just purchased a certified used 2014 Honda Accord and I LOVE IT!!! Mohamed Thabet was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about the car I wa I just purchased a certified used 2014 Honda Accord and I LOVE IT!!! Mohamed Thabet was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in purchasing. There was no pressure as he allowed me to take my time in examining the vehicle, nor did he pressure me into buying additional services. I have never had an experience like this at a car dealership before. I have had my share cars and dealerships and this by far was the best. The customer service was great and the deal was done easily and swiftly. I was in the dealer by 6 pm and was out a little before 9:00 pm. Erica Kallop the business/finance manager was very friendly and gave me a GREAT DEAL!! I was able to walk away from the table with everything I wanted and more. She made it possible for me to get what I wanted and all within my budget. The team here is great and I highly recommend Sheehy Honda of Alexandria!! More
