Our sales consultant, Larry was extremely professional, detail-oriented and caring. He facilitated the acquisition of an EXL Odyssee from another dealership (in our color preference) on short notice and received it in record time! Mehdi, the General Sales Manager's calm and generous demeaner provided much reassurance and ultimately sealed the deal! Last, but not least, the Finance and Insurance Director, Erica is STELLAR - her customer relations skills and administrative efficiency makes her the MVP for any business. Easiest purchase i've done in a while. This is my first car purchase, and i was just going in to view the selection they had, We were greated by silk and from there on it was smooth sailing This is my first car purchase, and i was just going in to view the selection they had, We were greated by silk and from there on it was smooth sailing. he was able to convince my mom that a new purchase would be better than a used one. and my mom is not that easily convinced. i got a good deal for a new car and Mohamed was able to finalize everything and make life simple for us. i thank Silk for finding the right car for me.
