The used car department is awesome! I have purchased two used vehicles from Rafael Perez. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He did not play the usually used car game and that I have purchased two used vehicles from Rafael Perez. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Robert Oliver did an excellent job with the paperwork in my unusual situation (military, self titling out of state with financing). Lies, broken promises, and unreturned calls I attempted to buy a used car from Slavenko Drincic at this dealership. I called and asked about the car and he said my fiance and I could come and lo I attempted to buy a used car from Slavenko Drincic at this dealership. I called and asked about the car and he said my fiance and I could come and look at the car, but it had just been traded in and needed some work before we could buy it. He promised that we would be the first to test drive the car and buy it as soon as it was ready. We waited about a week for them to finish repairs, calling everyday to check on the progress. We always had to wait a long time on hold, and could never get our calls returned. Finally, they called and told us to come in at 4pm. We got on the road immediately and were halfway to the dealership when we got a second call saying the car had been sold to another woman who was willing to finance the car and they could make more money that way. When we asked why we had been promised that we could look at it first, as soon as it was ready, the sales manager didn't address the problem and told us he would try to get us an equally good deal on another car and would call us back in an hour. That was a week ago and we haven't heard from them since. More
