From day one she was extremely patient and did an excellent job of explaining all the options. She even put up with waiting for several weeks while I made up my mind. In the end she earned my business based on her excellent customer service skills and upbeat demeanor. She was persistent but not overly pushy and worked very hard to make the sale. She even came and personally delivered the car to my house so that there would be enough time to detail it before I started driving it. I shopped around and sales reps from other dealerships paled in comparison. I would highly recommend Jocelyn as a sales rep for purchasing or leasing a new car and I would not hesitate to lease from her again. This is the best car I've ever had. More
