Rob Sautter is the BEST! Rob Sautter was awesome! He surpassed my husband and I'still expectation. He made purchasing a new vehicle a piece of cake! He was very respectful and listened to our needs. He was constantly reassuring through the whole process and didn't try to sell us anything or push us to something out of our budget. Our experience was so great that we brought him back a new client (my parents) three days later. The experience was also flawless. My parents were also very pleased. Rob is the man and if you need a good, easy experience, go to Rob! Also the finance portion of the purchase was stellar. Robert De La Rouge did an excellent job making this process simple and straightforward. No hidden fees and did not pressure us into something that we did not want. He was also the finance person for my parents and they too felt the same way. We plan on returning with a third client soon. We hope to do business again with this duo!
