Great experience! We were in the market for a late-model pre-owned CR-V. Sheehy had several on the lot that fell within our search parameters. Via the Sheehy website I requested a test drive, and within 30 minutes I was contacted by Jeremiah Ansah. From the start, Jeremiah was a breath of fresh air when it comes to car salesmen. He listened patiently to my concerns, we scheduled a test drive for the weekend, and within an hour of making our decision, we were driving off the lot with a beautiful CR-V. We came in with pre-approved financing at a great rate, and Robert Delarouge was still able to get us a better rate. The process was so easy, and we are so happy. I definitely recommend Sheehy Honda! He was helpful with information that we needed and the vehicle we wanted to test drive but in a low-pressure way. He has a great manner with customers, and we enjoyed working with him very much. He made the process of buying a car feel friendly. In addition, the showroom itself is very nice, and though it's large, it doesn't feel like a factory (despite the fact that we were there on a Saturday). It had a nicer vibe than at least one other dealer that we had been to in Alexandria. My husband and I highly recommend both Jeremiah and Sheehy Honda. One note of advice: when getting to the Finance office part, make sure you've done the calculation on what your monthly payment should be yourself. In that office we were asked to "accept" or "decline" the purchase prior to reviewing the details. In reviewing the details there were two errors (one item was charged twice, and the other item was that we wanted to use the same plates, not get new ones, but new plates were in the calculation). This made the monthly payments about $20 more than we knew they should be. Had we not just calculated the loan estimate with our credit union, we may not have noticed this $20 difference, which over 60 months works out to a decent chunk of change. After reviewing the details and playing with different down payment options to get better interest rates through Honda, we were happy to click "accept" and proceed with finalizing the transaction. This issue had nothing to do with Jeremiah, and the finance staffer was very nice and pleasant, we just wanted to note this. More
