I have had to return when repairs weren’t quite right and both have been very helpful in getting an answer or solutions to the problem. I like the videos which allows for more transparency. It is true we don’t always trust what the auto repairman recommends. Is he trying to upsell you unnecessary repairs? Having a trusted advisor helps. Farid the Finance Manager got us in and out quickly gave us information on protections we were interested in provided some important recommendations, provided clear and transparent pricing information and was very thorough in explaining it all.
