While the salesmen were initially very accommodating to requests to fixing a used vehicle, it required lots of follow up and reminders from myself. 2nd Service at this dealership. Martin was my advisor, and from the start, I felt like he was a bit rude. A bit rude asking about the promotions for the services I was needing/req Martin was my advisor, and from the start, I felt like he was a bit rude. A bit rude asking about the promotions for the services I was needing/requesting. Was told it would be 1.5-2 hours. it took almost 3 hours. There were 2 text messages sent upon checking it, but the track your vehicle was in 'Inspection' for the first 2.5 hours. The text with the 'recommendations' was sent 1 hour and 10 minutes after my appointment time. We 'recommended' 2 services, that the vehicle display said were not needed. That was exciting. Overall experience was not all that impressive. I will be taking my business elsewhere. This is not the quality I would want after paying $80000 for a GMC. The only plus to this visit, was I watched World Cup Soccer on the TV while waiting. More
