This has been by far my worst experience with a service provider. Car was returned extremely dirty, oil change keeps saying it needs to be replaced, no reset of sensors. The sales department is top notch ! Especially Sergio ,he has done a wonderful job keeping not just me and my wife. my entire family has purchased a vehicle from this gentleman ! Now in regards of Your service department it needs help ! They are rude and hard to contact ! Especially Andy Barrios this will be my second time I had to deal with this rude and annoying person ! I Called for a recall repair and an oil change ! And he keeps trying to tell me that it might not get fixed due to part availability ! Which is fine but don’t put morons to tell the customer it might not be able to fix your vehicle if they can’t explain the situation! They should say that when calling in ! Then this gentleman kept repeating to me if I understood !! xxx ! Then not even follow up on my vehicle once I was there to pick it up !! He saw me and my wife and completely ignored us ! I think this will be the last time I get my vehicles serviced there ! More
While the salesmen were initially very accommodating to requests to fixing a used vehicle, it required lots of follow up and reminders from myself.
