I have no problem with Andy our service guy, he ordered a harness for our 2016, Buick, we’re waiting for hid call, concerning his supervisor, we don’t called him anymore, he is useless, don’t answer his calls, this is not the first time I deal with him, I think he’s above us customers that he doesn’t need to talk to us.
