The sales department is top notch ! Especially Sergio ,he has done a wonderful job keeping not just me and my wife. my entire family has purchased a vehicle from this gentleman ! Now in regards of Your service department it needs help ! They are rude and hard to contact ! Especially Andy Barrios this will be my second time I had to deal with this rude and annoying person ! I Called for a recall repair and an oil change ! And he keeps trying to tell me that it might not get fixed due to part availability ! Which is fine but don’t put morons to tell the customer it might not be able to fix your vehicle if they can’t explain the situation! They should say that when calling in ! Then this gentleman kept repeating to me if I understood !! xxx ! Then not even follow up on my vehicle once I was there to pick it up !! He saw me and my wife and completely ignored us ! I think this will be the last time I get my vehicles serviced there ! More

While the salesmen were initially very accommodating to requests to fixing a used vehicle, it required lots of follow up and reminders from myself. The last item needed I eventually gave up asking for an u requests to fixing a used vehicle, it required lots of follow up and reminders from myself. 2nd Service at this dealership. Martin was my advisor, and from the start, I felt like he was a bit rude. A bit rude asking about the promotions for the services I was needing/req Martin was my advisor, and from the start, I felt like he was a bit rude. A bit rude asking about the promotions for the services I was needing/requesting. Was told it would be 1.5-2 hours. it took almost 3 hours. There were 2 text messages sent upon checking it, but the track your vehicle was in 'Inspection' for the first 2.5 hours. The text with the 'recommendations' was sent 1 hour and 10 minutes after my appointment time. We 'recommended' 2 services, that the vehicle display said were not needed. That was exciting. Overall experience was not all that impressive. I will be taking my business elsewhere. This is not the quality I would want after paying $80000 for a GMC. The only plus to this visit, was I watched World Cup Soccer on the TV while waiting. More
