I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service I received from Martin Parra. He was very arrogant and unprofessional in the way he treated me. I went there expecting help with a problem, but unfortunately my issue was not resolved. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, especially when they are coming in with a legitimate concern. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the way customers are treated.
