Fast & Friendly When first starting to look into buying a Kia Sportage, I contacted Ron via internet form and he called me back right away answering any questions I m When first starting to look into buying a Kia Sportage, I contacted Ron via internet form and he called me back right away answering any questions I might have with regards to the Sportage. I then found a beautiful Used 2011 Sportage and made an appointment through Ron for a test drive. When I arrive at Shaker Kia I was promptly greeted by Ron and Rudy at the door with a warm welcome. Rudy came on the test drive with me and went over the vehicles functions. Not at any point did I feel like I was just listening to a sales pitch. I felt no pressure to purchase the vehicle but rather they were just letting me know its features and pricing if I happened to be interested. The Sportage was already extremely competitively priced and in perfect condition, so I decided to purchase the vehicle. The process of purchasing the Sportage was smooth and extremely user friendly for someone who had never purchased a vehicle before.
