Best of all, they were not pushy as most sales consultants are at dealerships, I felt like I was dealing with real people. Everyone there seemed to truly care about giving us the best deals & service. I also purchased new all-weather mats for my Kia, and one of the staff members, Michelle went out of her way to help trim the mats and assemble them for us. So it came as quite a surprise to me to discover that buying a new car can be done by a staff of cordial professionals who showed a sincere effort to give me the best deal possible. Since I did my homework on the Kia Soul beforehand I appreciated the effort they displayed on my behalf. My sales rep Adam Amato was cordial and enthusiastic, and together with his manager John Evans really made me feel that they wanted me to have the best deal possible while minimizing the "pass - the -paper - across - the desk" stuff. I felt, in the end, that I made the best deal possible with a sales team that left me feeling they wanted a customer for life. He was very low pressure in his approach to selling a ca I recently purchased a new White Kia Sorento with the assistance of salesman Rudy Hermstadt. He was very low pressure in his approach to selling a car, which I very much appreciated. We worked out a deal which included a trade. When I arrived to pick up the car with my wife, she saw a red Sorento that she loved. It had all the same features of the car I picked except for the color. I told Rudy that my wife really wanted me to buy the red car instead of the white one. Even though Rudy had already done all the paperwork for the white car purchase, he calmly talked to his manager and arranged for us to get the car my wife wanted. He spent about an hour redoing the new paperwork and we left with our new red car. Rudy had actually come into work on his day off to deliver us the white car. He ended up spending a lot more time than he expected, but he made his customers very happy. All the people involved with our purchase were very helpful and professional. P.S. Having been a return customer, Tom Coyne in the service department is a major reason I considered buying another Kia. More
