Awesome!!! I love my car, and everyone was great!!! I was looking for a good used Mini Van, and although it took sometime to find it, they found the perfect Mini Van for me! Nice refreshing dealership! Shaker's KIA was not on my list of dealers to stop at... in Fact KIA as a brand wasn't either. But after some quick internet research I'm glad that I Shaker's KIA was not on my list of dealers to stop at... in Fact KIA as a brand wasn't either. But after some quick internet research I'm glad that I stopped after hearing from Christina, who listened and actually understood what I wanted - rather than treat me like a number. She had Alex follow-up with who was my actual sales person. As a team they worked great! This dealership so far seems like a real 'honest' establishment. I even met once of the family members who owns the chain. The inventory selection was also spot on, though the color I originally saw wasn't available - but that worked out in my favor as I really like the Snow White. Alex also did a great job at convincing me that the Loyalty Plan this dealer provides at no additional charge... was a real reason to consider Shaker's -- I'll have to see if it works as advertised. But it does seem like a great way to save and service your new car. Kevin in finance was as equally plesent and very professional! You really should give this team a shot! Not in the mood for hassle and paperwork the search started at 9:00am on a Monday. I decided to look at Kia's first and my husband and I stopped at Shaker's Kia in Watertown, CT. The experience from beginning to end was outstanding. The showroom was beautiful and our sales rep, Alex Graziano was probably one of the most customer service driven people I have come across in a very long time. He made the process seamless from beginning to end, including test drives and paperwork. He was able to be efficient yet extremely personable and funny which made this an A+ experience in my book. When we left that morning to start shopping, we had 4 different stops planned. Needless to say based on our experience, we started and ended very happily at Shaker's Kia in Watertown CT all in a matter of hours... and with a beautiful 2015 Kia Optima! Thank you VERY much!
