Sorrento Purchase I was recently contacted by one of the sales associates while my Sportage was in for service. They wanted my Sportage on trade and asked to give an ap I was recently contacted by one of the sales associates while my Sportage was in for service. They wanted my Sportage on trade and asked to give an appraisal. While talking something caught his attention and he contacted service to verify something. Service then called back to verify and I'm thankful for his listening skills. Turns out what I thought was covered under warranty was not. He then offered to pick me up with the vehicle they wanted me to purchase so I can test drive it. I agreed and really liked it. I was considering going a little bigger and they looked at their inventory. As we were getting ready to leave the lot they found a vehicle to show me. I liked the Sorrento but had to leave. We made an appointment to come back for a better look and a test drive. We showed up a few days later, they handed us the keys, signed a form or two and they said to bring it back in an hour. It was great, we took the Sorrento into the Litchfield hills and really drove it to see if it would handle like we need to. We went back to the dealer, they worked out numbers and we drove home with it that day. The finance guy was great to work with and he really took his time to explain all options available. Everyone was extremely friendly. More
