Disappointed; service can't resolve air conditioning issue. Shakers doesn't take pride of their work. 2012 Ford Escape purchased 2011, had to be serviced 9 months after for the air conditioning was blowing war Shakers doesn't take pride of their work. 2012 Ford Escape purchased 2011, had to be serviced 9 months after for the air conditioning was blowing warm air. Consecutively for 3 years every summer I had to go back to have it fix-same issue- air conditioning blowing warm air. Last year, I was told that the issue was completely fixed finally as per Linda. So trusting with what they told me, I felt relieved. However,this year 2015 I had to go back again with the same issue, air conditioning blowing warm air. There was not even a break of a year or two for the same issue....Car is no longer under warranty, so this time they suggested diagnostic testing. I HAVE TO PAY. Ric, the manager, offered $300 as good will he said towards the cost to fix it which was $750. He thinks that he is doing me a big favor by checking my car for free...With all those wasted time going back and fort for same issue and NOT able to completely solve the problem, I think that customer deserves better than that. I bought a new car to NOT have these headaches, but unfortunately the car seems like a lemon. Their service people can't even fix it. What a joke!!! And they have the nerve to charge me $750 for it...Is it all about money to them???? What a shame... More

Our salesperson went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. When we picked up the car there was a small dent in it that wasn't noticed when we originally looked at the car. Our salesperson picked up the car the next day at my office to have the dent removed. I think that's great customer service! More

After some discussion and research of available cars i upgraded from SE to Titanium as it had the options i wanted plus many more for about 1k more MSRP. She was very thorough, no surprises and I was very comfortable and fully informed of all details of my purchase. A full description of warranty and services I would receive with the Lincoln MKZ and was encouraged to keep in contact with the dealership for any questions or concerns in the future. The service I received was high quality, processing was done in a timely manner with a very pleasant demeanor. Cathy is very conscientious and extremely knowledgeable. Great Dealership Even if your not getting a FORD! Bill Reed a very soft spoken salesman dealt with my inquires for over a year. Typical 'Hey Bill, what do you have in my price range?' And each time he Bill Reed a very soft spoken salesman dealt with my inquires for over a year. Typical 'Hey Bill, what do you have in my price range?' And each time he'd go thru inventory but never had what i needed. He never pressured me. But what sets this dealership apart form others is I've had nothing but great customer service in the dealership both for service and sales. But they UPPED it one from there. I got a flyer with a personal note from a Shaker Family member, and when i replied, the President Ed called me and set me up with Bill with a difficult task in hand. 1. Get me out of my old Ford Explorer 2. Get me into something newer, with better MPG, and good in the snow...for $200 a month!! Now i was underwater with my truck, that makes it a pretty hard task. I was met at the door by Bill, then Ed came and talked to me, then Manny from finance, they were all dedicated to making this happen. I did not think it was possible, not in my price range, not with a truck i owed more than worth on. I was so amazed, they found me a car, for my kids & dogs, great in snow, excellent MPG, and to top it off a 2013!!! They ALL went above and beyond, but no one took as much time over a year of calls and meetings and test drives as Bill Reed. He was so polite, never put out by my CONSTANT questions, and also explained HOW the parameters worked to get me into a MUCH BETTER vehicle for my needs IN my price range. Thank you Bill Reed for being someone who was dedicated to MY PERSONAL HAPPINESS and THANK YOU ED SHAKER for being the mastermind behind making it work. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership for SERVICE or buying a car...ANY MAKE! Not just FORDs!! More
