Dropped my car off for service on a Thursday and Monday they still hadn’t looked at it yet. Costed me $400 in rental fees and still no diagnosis. No extend warranty and no courtesy vehicle for my troubles. More

Serra Nissan responded

BL, our records indicate that your car was dropped off on Friday afternoon. When you dropped it off, our service advisor let you know that the service department was backed up and it would be Monday before we could diagnose your vehicle. We also informed you that all loaner vehicles were in use, but we could possibly have one on Monday. When you purchased your vehicle, you chose not to purchase a service contract when it was offered, so we cannot be held accountable for the lack of coverage.
