I was quoted for 1200 dolllars for a diagnostic, plus spark plug replacement, plus usb port fix. Was told my diagnostic would go towards services if I used Serra or else I would just have to pay for the spark plug replacement, plus usb port fix. Was told my diagnostic would go towards services if I used Serra or else I would just have to pay for the diagnostic itself. They fixed spark plugs and then told me they couldn't fix the usb port, but could if I paid over 5k. They charged for me labor and 2 diagnostics. So I paid 1100 to have spark plugs replaced. Will NEVER use Serra Nissan again and will ensure I tell everyone I know of my experience. More
