People were friendly. However I told them I just wanted a oil and filter change to not touch my tires. They rotated them anyway. Reason for not wanting them touch. I got them from another place and they had just rotated balanced and did an alignment that morning. Also no one came to check on me to let me know the status of my car as a little after closing I had to go check. Also I asked them to reverse the rotatation. A sale person felt bad for us she came and check on us made sure service center was still open and got my son water and candy. I did not even get a sticker to let me know of my next oil change. Also I am not sure if fluids was topped off as I know my windshield wiper fluid wasnt - I had too fill it up. More

The communication was professional, straightforward, and reassuring, and I appreciated being treated like a valued customer even though I was not purchasing the vehicle from Serra Nissan.
