They performed a work without my permission after telling me they would inform me before any work was done. They “replaced” parts on my car that were only a week old because they were not “Nissan” parts. Had me they would inform me before any work was done. I researched the vehicle that I wanted before I visited the dealer. I selected Serra because they had the best selections. I would have liked to have gotten a better finance rate but the estimated monthly the dealer. I selected Serra because they had the best selections. I would have liked to have gotten a better finance rate but the estimated monthly payments was increased substantially after taxes and finance charges so that was a bit of a bummer. I wanted the vehicle but I feel like the sale was more important than the customer’s primary concerns. More
