I originally called into the dealership to inquire about their available used cars. Sonny followed up with an email to indicate they had several cars that fit my parameters. I went into the dealership and met with Sonny who was very nice and professional. He showed me all of the vehicles that I wanted to see, and explained the different features of each one. He was easy to work with and made me very comfortable with my final choice of a vehicle which was a 2010 Escape Limited. He took care of me from beginning to end and followed up with a phone call to see how I liked the car once I had it home. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Ford vehicle. More

Quite frankly, I stumbled on Huntington Ford after having dealt with 3 other Ford dealerships in my search for new cars. At all other places I stumbled into (minor) issues but while working with Sonny not a single issue came up. I knew what I wanted and Sonny delivered. Great experience purchasing and I’ll certainly go back there for service and future vehicle sales. We had been there before for service (on our “old” Ford, a 2009 Escape) and we have been very pleased with the service end as well. I can recommend this place to anyone! More

I have visited this location 3 times and all of them were horrible experiences. I don't understand how they are still in business. Service department is rude. He kept in constant communication with me, updating me on my order, and always responded very fast to any of the numerous emails I sent him while I was waiting for the car to be delivered. No "slimy car salesman vibe" with Dan. He seemed genuinely as excited as we were about our new car! The Finance Manager, Mike Bell, was also excellent.
