I really regret ever coming to this dealership. They have completely lied and swindled me out of my money. I put thousands of dollars down on a 2016 GMC Terrain and gave them a trade in just to ha They have completely lied and swindled me out of my money. I put thousands of dollars down on a 2016 GMC Terrain and gave them a trade in just to have multiple problems with the truck within days of me having it. I even went back to the dealership, because i was told from another mechanic that i had a transmission leak within 2 months of me having it. Just to be told by one of their service staff that there isn't a transmission leak but that its an oil leak and to take it back to the oil change place because oil is leaking from the filter. Ive taken it to get 2 oil changes within the past 6 months of me having it because all the oil is leaking out. Its been doing this since i first purchased it, but i thought it was just an old filter. Today i decided to take it back to the oil change place again because of the same issue again just to find out that the transmission is in fact leaking!!! So not only are they selling lemons but they are also hiding and lying about repairs that need to be done to your vehicle when you bring it to them to be serviced. It was almost bone dry! As well as my whole middle console literally frying while I was inside my home asleep. I contacted the manufacturer and they called Serra Chevrolet to do an inspection to find out what happened and they refused!!!! Its a lot more things that are wrong with this truck i purchased from them that i haven't even mentioned in this review! And they wont even return any of my calls! I cannot believe they sold me a death trap knowing i have kids! i dont recommend purchasing a vehicle from them, especially if you are a single mom. They will take advantage of you!!!! More

I returned the 6th car I had leased through this dealership on 2/28/22. I was "greeted" by Mr. Lee who informed me that GMF was looking for the car and there were all kinds of "red flags" on my acc dealership on 2/28/22. I was "greeted" by Mr. Lee who informed me that GMF was looking for the car and there were all kinds of "red flags" on my account loudly in the showroom. This was not true verified through GMF immediately after dropping the car off. They informed me that I had met the terms of the lease agreement. Mr. Lee did not complete any end of lease paperwork although I requested it. He gave me two forms to sign. They were not filled in. I felt I was "pushed" out of the door because I wasn't getting another car. The lease I returned was a 2019 Trax with around 12,000 miles and like brand new. I was ill at this visit and did not feel like debating with Mr. Lee about how he was handling this transaction. I just wanted to complete the terms of the lease as a long time good customer. I felt embarrassed and totally disrespected because other customers were able to hear what was going on. More

Horrible, aggressive and left scared. Had break work done and they squeaked when I picked it up. Took it back a month later and they couldn’t hear it. In a test drive with the mechanic he yelled at me, slammed on the breaks, blamed me when they finally started to squeak because they needed to warm up, kept saying “We’re done here…”. He drove the vehicle so fast back into the lot I was scared. Never again will I have anything done there. No customer should feel threatened or scared to get work done that should have been correctly to start. Awful experience from start to finish. More
