I am very disappointed with my experience at Serra Chevrolet. The manager was unwilling to give a fair trade in value on my current vehicle to make a deal. I have had my former car serviced by Serra Chevy many times and they have done a great job. I Came in yesterday to get a pre- owned car and came back today and was about to get a 2018 traverse and I am s times and they have done a great job. Very unhappy with purchase. I purchased a used car in May 2022. In less then 2 months I have had to do major repairs. The dealership had made poor repairs right before selling, I purchased a used car in May 2022. In less then 2 months I have had to do major repairs. The dealership had made poor repairs right before selling, a band aid on a far bigger problem. Would not recommend this dealership. Dealt with DOMINIC, he was very nice but the dealership as a whole would be a big NO! More
