Rude manager Bought car over the Internet Joe Harmer was my sales person he told me he would take some money off the car and I agreed but he forgot to tell the fi Bought car over the Internet Joe Harmer was my sales person he told me he would take some money off the car and I agreed but he forgot to tell the finance department so they charge me the full amount I understand accidents happen they had to fix it but when I talk to Joe he said he was going to mail me a check for the difference but when I did not get the check I talked with the sales manager Jason Ferguson over the phone and he was very rude I even had to tell him that he was rude and kept interrupting me and because they quoted me the wrong amount they took the wrong amount out of my checking because this was a long-distance sale and I was overdrawn after they took out the wrong amount I wanted them to fix it once he heard I was overdrawn in my account because it took too much out he got a lot nicer but still very disappointed in how he handled the situation I’m not upset with Joe Harmer but I am upset with management ! More

Simple and easy I did my research first. They had the best price on a low mileage 2017 Rogue within 500 miles. I called ahead to make sure the car was still available I did my research first. I just want to buy a car. When I arrived "Hamilton", my salesman, was waiting for me at the door with the car pulled up and ready to test. He also shared with me the numbers which were exactly what was on the website. There was an admin fee which is typical with most dealers. However, I was happy to pay it because of the service I received. In all, it took about an hour and I was out of there. Since I drove in from Smyrna, the even had someone deliver the car to me 2 days later. Excellent service!! Hamilton was incredible as was Jason the finance officer. More

The EXACT Wrangler I wanted and cheaper then anywhere else! I found a Wrangler Rubicon online at Select Mitsubishi that was priced cheaper then all of he other dealerships. I had looked at several other Wranglers at other dealerships, but this one was much nicer. It looked brand new! They had about every kind of vehicle you could imagine there to chose from, so I will be back with my wife. I would highly recommend Select Mitsubishi. More

They were a very easy staff to I just wanted to take the time to reflect on my experience with Select Mitsubishi. We recently purchased a 2012 BMW X5. They were a very easy staff to work with. There was no warranty on the vehicle so they had no obligation to us. Upon driving it home, a warning light came on. Since we live over 4 hours away in Tennessee, we just made an appointment with the BMW dealer in Knoxville Tennessee. Upon BMW's examination of the car it was discovered that there were iron filings throughout the fuel system; the repair cost was $17,000.00. We notified Select Mitsubishi and fearing the worst, was very pleasantly surprised to find out they would take the car back and cancel the loan. I know this was a costly endeavor on their part. The Manager, Jason Ferguson, bent over backwards to make the deal right. My highest praise for Select Mitsubishi and their staff! As an employer myself, I recognize those that truly care about their customers and Select Mitsubishi definitely does. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from Select Mitsubishi and would tell others to do so with confidence; they have earned my business and they will also take care of you.
