Sales Rep Somphet Bounthavong Was Great! We had been looking at purchasing my first vehicle in 16 years and dreaded the long process. We had an eye on a used 2014 Avalon Limited at Select SI We had been looking at purchasing my first vehicle in 16 years and dreaded the long process. We had an eye on a used 2014 Avalon Limited at Select SI of Gwinnett. We would eventually test drive it with our sales Sep Somphet. She is a lot of fun, knowledgeable, and no pressure. We finally closed on the deal and she even took the time after the fact to educate us more about the tech in the vehicle. I purchased without having my mechanic check it prior which was a big risk, even though the avalon was "certified". I did take the vehicle to Japanese Automotive the day after and the car came across with a flying review. The only problem was that the it needed a tire alignment. I did reach out to both Somphet as well as emailing the dealership asking if the alignment could be taken care of as a customer courtesy with it being certified. Hoping they will be willing to address this minor issue. They would have received five stars otherwise. I will say they need to hold onto Somphet and consider promoting her. She has a great ability to listen and educate as opposed to just forcing a sale with out regard to the client's needs. More

Refreshing Used Car Buying Process Went in looking for a specific car for my wife. Went on a test drive immediately. I thought the car was in fantastic shape and started to notice all their cars were in amazing condition. When my wife came back, we were starting the process with one car, and noticed another car right next to it that a bit bigger and might fit our needs better longer term. So we stood up from the process and took yet another test drive. We fell in love with the car and felt comfortable moving forward with it because of the care and quality of cars they have on the lot. I do a lot of research on car prices and when you look online, most places you know are inflating the price way too much and you have to go in and have the uncomfortable negotiating back and forth. Select Mitsubishi prices their cars very fair and are in great condition. We started the process and were out the door in under an hour. Financing was a breeze and I got a great rate. I have bought many used cars and the process is normally stressful and somewhat frustrating with the constant back and forth. Here you have competent salesman who know their cars and that they are priced competitively trying to help you get the best car for you. Feels good to not have to do the constant negotiating. Will for sure be looking here first when it comes time to get myself a new car. More
