From there we fell in love with the car and proceeded with the sale process. Everything went smoothly we were in and out in all details and information were communicated in a timely fashion. So Good but.. I recently purchased a 2016 Escape from this dealer for a really good price. Both the sales and finance teams (Somphet and Jason) were very nice and I recently purchased a 2016 Escape from this dealer for a really good price. Both the sales and finance teams (Somphet and Jason) were very nice and efficient, I came in late on a friday and was out within an hour. I was also able to get a very competitive rate based on my small-ish loan size, one that could hardly be beat except through some of the "sketchier" Bankrate banks. Since it was late on a friday, I didn't look things over as well as I should have and found a large indentation on the door, and tires that only had a few thousand miles left. Minor issues, but paintless dent removal would have been able to remove that, and id rather have been able to buy the nicer tires that I did rather than them adding a few hundred dollars to the price and putting the crappy no-name ones on that some other dealers do. However, the biggest issue is that the roof leaks. This is a common problem for these and it doesn't have a warranty but it was obvious only after the first rain, and is bad enough that they had to have noticed it and cleaned it up. This was a trade-in so I am sympathetic that they probably got stuck with it the way I did but it's likely to be an expensive repair. I tried emailing my sales associate to see if there was anything they do but she didn't respond. Had the car not leaked or they fixed it this would definitely be a 5 star review, but if you buy here just be sure to look over the car very well. Overall I was very pleased until the first rain, and if your car doesn't have any problems the other parts of the experience are very pleasant and low pressure. More
