I came back a few days later with an entirely different vehicle to look at and without hesitation Jody switched gears and I ended up leaving that day with my 2015 Q5 which I am absolutely in love with! He was a joy to work with, doing his job but not making me feel uncomfortable or pushed into something I wasn’t sure about. The gentleman of the dealership were polite and courteous, and as a first time financer I felt confident in what I had signed and in what to expect down the line. This dealership is top notch! More

Check Tires and Rims Issue resolved I had a dual experience at Gwinnett Mitsubishi. Let's start with the good, my sales rep Nelson was awesome. He is a hard working guy that genuinely I had a dual experience at Gwinnett Mitsubishi. Let's start with the good, my sales rep Nelson was awesome. He is a hard working guy that genuinely wants you to be happy and is super responsive. I bought a 2016 BMW 535i. It is a sharp looking ride and was priced right. The buying experience was easy as Nelson sent me a video of the car, and worked with me on all my questions and requests. That was the good. Now for the bad, which dramatically changed my overall experience. When I bought the car, the tire gauge sensor was on meaning the tire pressure was low on the two back tires. I was told it literally had just come on and to bring the car back the next day to have it serviced to see what is going on with that. I went the next day and was told everything was fine and nothing to worry about, and the sensor was now off. I thought it was quick, but figured the car just needed air put in and the trained mechanics would have told me if there was a major issue with the tires or rims. A few days later, the sensor goes off again, so now I am thinking I need to take this car to have a tire professional check out the two tires that are showing as low air pressure. Turns out that the back two tires were a 3.2 out of 10 in terms of wear, and had considerable damage to them. They both needed to be changed for safety. I advised my sales rep this, and Gwinnett Mitsubishi said that they would provide me with $100 dollars towards new tires. This is a high expense car, that does not cover much, so I got some high quality pre-owned tires with the same tread life as the two good tires on the car so they would wear equally until all of them need to be replaced. The total amount was $184 for both tires, but they still only gave me $100 (why not pay the whole receipt knowing the cars were bad). I said fine, at least it is something. All was seemingly fine. Two days go by, and then the tire sensor and gauge goes off again one my passenger rear tire. I go back to the tire professionals asking how could this be, as we just put on newer tires. They said my rim was really bent, and there is a crack causing the air to flow out of my new tire. Mind you, I did not hit any pot holes, did not get into any accidents, clean VIN carfax, etc. I had the car for about a week. It is obvious it was there before I bought the car, and the light went on the day I bought the car, which was a sign for things to come, which I foolishly ignored. I have not gotten a call back from management on what is going to be done about this, and was basically told $100 is all I get. To fix the cracked rim, it'll cost $200 and my pre-owed tires cost $184.00, but the money is not the worst thing, my time is being wasted on this to get a car to be safe, which is supposed to be that way when you buy a car. I spent two hours getting new tires, another hour having them identify the crack, and now I have to go get the wheel repaired which will take more time. I was told that the tire pressure issue would be fixed, but they just put air in the car, didn't even check the tires (or maybe they didn't care to because they knew they were in bad condition). Also, they missed the crack on the rim too because they didn't diagnose anything properly. A handshake used to mean something, I am not a complainer, never have been, but I would make this right if I were them. If an issue is my own fault, I will pay for that issue and take ownership, but this situation is not right. It is way too coincidental that the sensor went off, before I actually purchased the car, for there not to have been a pre-existing issue. So that is how my buying experience went from really really great, to really really bad. 9/20/2019: Patrick and Nelson worked together to make sure my grievance was addressed. I’ve changed my star rating because I had an issue, and they called and too care of it until I was satisfied therefore that means they have good service. Issues happen, it’s how companies react to them and I will say they took action and helped me. And I really do love the car! More
