Talking to James on the phone was my first contact. When I arrived at the dealership James was most helpful and friendly.. no pressure no sales gimmicks, etc. He has a very positive friendly infectus attitude. "let's make it happen for you" is his style. I like that very much. The internet sales price was fair, no negotiations. We consummated the deal and drove off that afternoon with my new pre owned 2015 BMW X3. Best car sales experience ever. Even my wife was impressed. She hates car buying. Thanks again James! Allen **5 Star Salesman** I had been searching all over the country for BMW X5 diesel. I came across the online sites which listed one here at Select Luxury. The price was lower than average and no pictures were listed. I decided to go out on a limb and just email and call Select Luxury. Lucky for me Allen, answered back and provided me with pictures and a build sheet within the day. I had my cousin test drive and the rest is history. Allen was very patient and friendly throughout the process and was a tremendous help. Everything was handled via email and phone and took five minutes once i made it up there to pick the vehicle. The vehicle was as advertised in exceptional condition. Buying cars is never an enjoyable experience for me, but Allen made it one. Highly recommend Select Luxury and Allen.
