In December I was looking around for a new car and I came across a BMW M5 they had that was in great condition and was priced well. In fact, when I did a nationwide search it was one of the best M5s on the market by a dealer, so I thought I would inquire about it. 1st off I got a call email response right away some of the dealers I called didn't even contact me back so that was a plus. However I was a little too late someone else already had a deposit on the car so I forgot about it. A few days later I get a email from my salesman Roger Evanson, great guy by the way. Roger told me the car was back on the market. So I started the process of making a deal on this car. When I went to test drive it everything checked out but I noticed that one of the tires was low. I assumed it was from the cold weather with the car sitting outside. Long story short Roger had the car immaculate when I picked it up and I was on my merry way. a few days later the same low pressure warning comes on. Turns out the tire did have a small leak in the tire so I called Roger and explained to him the situation and they took care of it no problem. I appreciated that because a lot of dealers don't stand behind their inventory. I'm very pleased with the car and the transaction. As I said in my title find out what you want and shop with confidence. I will definitely would buy from them again! More
