He was able to answer all of my questions and even managed to get me a little more for my trade than I originally expected. After completing the purchase of my 2014 BMW M5, I accidentally left my garage opener, Ray Ban glasses and a 256 GB SD card in my traded in vehicle. I live about 150 miles away so driving back was out of the question. Orlando volunteered to mail me my left behind items free of charge. This was truly unexpected and very much appreciated.
