I would not recommend this dealership. I was looking online at a vehicle on Monday and was considering going to the dealership to test drive it. I was contacted by "a manager" from the dealership and I asked if the price was firm. He said he would work with me. By Thursday, when I looked online again at the vehicle it had increased in price almost $4000. Ofcourse the only thing I was told was it's not on there site anymore. I inquired further and was told it was sent to the Felton Holly Kia. Makes no sense why this price went up in 4 days. I will not be even looking at cars at this dealership again because this is absolute shady business. More
I tried to give this dealership at least two stars, but I can’t find anything good about them. We were excited when we entered the dealership because the sales guy was so nice. We found a car we were interested in, and it went downhill from there. We spent hours waiting on paperwork, we were given the wrong information about the car, and financing was a nightmare. Imagine my surprise when more than a week after we take the car home, we find out the paperwork was wrong and they wanted me to go back to resign. We have purchased many cars and this was the worst experience we have ever been through. I wouldn’t have given this review, but we just found out they only had two lug nuts on one of the tires. We tried to the call the dealership to tell them, and they put us on hold over we and over. We knew they were avoiding us. We finally got through when we blocked our number. That tire could have fallen off and we would have had a completely different situation. My goal is to not deter people to go there, but to make them aware if they decide to buy a car from Holly Kia. More

They did offer to beat my rate and I gave them the opportunity and they were able to beat it and it lowered my payment $30!!! They were so respectful and being a woman usually I don’t feel that way in car dealerships. They listened to my needs and delivered! I was looking at a 2017 Silverado truck priced at a reasonable price of 34,952 and then yesterday Holly Kia raised their price just about 4,000 dollars. I text the dealer and the response that I was given was the market has changed. At this time they didn't offer me the old price and told me to have a good day and happy hunting for my next purchase. I even sent a picture of the older price and tried to make a purchase. Holly Kia told me we are not accepting the older price. I do not recommend doing business with the Holly Kia. More
I bought a 2018 Kia Sorento used with 35,000 miles, I bought it because of the warranty , found out later that the warranty does not carry over to the second owner. The engine is one of the failing Theta bought it because of the warranty , found out later that the warranty does not carry over to the second owner. The engine is one of the failing Theta engines. I went in to have the service department look at it. I now have to enter into a class action lawsuit against Kia, my car's engine is failing at 75,000 miles and Holly Kia acts like they don't know me. I would never buy a Kia again and I would never go to Holly Kia ever More
I have an issue with a brand new (400 miles) car where the wipers aren't working properly. After taking it in, they refused any warranty work because I had installed a radar detector. This, in my opinio the wipers aren't working properly. After taking it in, they refused any warranty work because I had installed a radar detector. This, in my opinion, is a clear violation of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. I took it back in, knowing they wouldn't honor the warranty, to which they wanted to replace a part that has already been replaced. They made me pay $400 to simply get my car back without any work being done to it. They are a scam. I will be filing with the BBB AutoLine. More
The service continues to be unacceptable. Oil changes should not take 90 minutes when you can go to Jiffy Lube and be done in 20 minutes. They do not schedule according to the number of technicians available to do the work, therefore the customer is always inconvenienced. They promise one thing but when you get there, there is always a problem. I paid for a 15,000 mile service and when I got home, there was not a drop of windshield wiper fluid in the car. What else did they forget to do that I'm not aware of?? There is a huge lack of communication and I get information that is not always correct by one or more Kia representatives. Getting free tires for life is not worth the hassle of getting service done here. By the looks of other one star ratings, this is an ongoing problem. More
