Well, My spouse decided that was where the next vehicle was going to be purchased and in My "enlightenment" we were blindsided by not having access to the window sticker until we got home and boy was I pis was going to be purchased and in My "enlightenment" we were blindsided by not having access to the window sticker until we got home and boy was I pissed!! I was going to call back and raise holly turkey with them but I was threatened against that!!! LOL Yet, while I cannot do this, now, I urge everyone to lodge their complaints with the DMV in order to build up a profile against them... hard for Holly Kia to ignore in the future... especially if there is a pattern established as to how they conduct business. More

I was looking for a new car and against my better judgment I went to Holly Kia. I just bought a brand new Sorento for my wife last summer from them which was a nightmare for over 4 months due to thei judgment I went to Holly Kia. I just bought a brand new Sorento for my wife last summer from them which was a nightmare for over 4 months due to their lack of organization and ability on paying off my trade-in. I only went back because of the salesman we had, Dean Haase, he was great! I know the market today is tough so I'm going in knowing all vehicles will be marked up, no problem. They have the car I want so I ask the price which was a 6k markup. I paid the 6k markup on my wife's car last year and didn't haggle with them but I wasn't going to do it again with this car. I countered at 1300 markup but no deal. We go back and forth as usual in a dealership. I told them I understood the market but I wasn't paying 6k markup but I would compromise and meet them halfway at a 3k markup. They wouldn't budge and said they could sell it no problem to someone else so why let me get it for my price. I know it's the dealerships job to make as much profit as they can but the customer needs to feel like they are getting a good deal also. Don't bother with this dealership as they don't care about creating repeat customers. It's just one after one for them. Within a day I found another dealership that gave me the same car at only 1k markup! I'm happy with that. Go to Safford Kia! I WILL NOT come back to Holly Kia and I'll convince everyone I know the same. More
Traded a vehicle for a brand new Forte a month ago. Had to drive 45 minutes back to dealer to re sign contracts. When asked what the problem was, we got a completely different story from the sales person ( to drive 45 minutes back to dealer to re sign contracts. When asked what the problem was, we got a completely different story from the sales person (Andrew Lynch), sales “manager” and finance guy. Multiple phone calls and text messages were ignored or blown off, and Andrew didn’t even have the courtesy to return our call, and instead passed us off to someone in accounting to call us when there was a problem with the payoff. I was instead hounded about filling out a survey that I never received and sent a file with the answers I “needed” to provide. We are a month out, with the trade still not paid off, no contact from the sales person or manager, and regret for even walking through the doors of the crap hole of a "dealer". The only decent person we've dealt with is Melinda in accounting in the Felton office. Sad part is, in the end, we didn’t even get a decent deal. Regretting even giving them our business and wish we could just return the car and and take our old one back. NEVER AGAIN. More

Lady on phone said she would send an alert to the service department and get back to me. NO call. I tried the Felton dealership and they were not any more help. August 21 was the earliest . I called Safford in Salisbury and they got me in the next day. Imagine that... they new no low beams was unsafe and took care of it. I will not be coming back to Holly Kia. Either you sell more cars than you can service or your service department need employees. Any other dealership I have dealt with keep a few open spots for situations like mine. Very disappointed. He also mentioned that I, “better get my xxx up here first thing so I can buy the car” which I kind of laughed off but was still in shock at the same time. Reminded me of the movie used cars with Kurt Russell. It’s 9:30 at night and I’m still in limbo to see if I’m driving 4 hours away to buy this car. Andrew explained its the the owner and not management that’s a pain to deal with. He asked me to come back up $400.00 bucks to guarantee the sale. I’m not even getting a killer deal here when compared to other dealerships. I just can’t believe of what the car business has come to with horrible customer service, especially to cash buyers. More
