Jay Clark had no issue with sticking with my "wants" (FJ Cruiser, btw) even though what I wanted was not on the lot! He did what was necessary to get it & as quick as possible -- I was living off a rental so time was of the essence! Because of Jay, in conjunction with Tim & Don, I had my new "FJ" in less than a week from when I first walked in the door! Well done guys! BTW, I love my FJ (army green)!! More

I always have great service at Seeger. Tim Connelly always treats me well and let's me know when there are specials. We went to Seeger when our Saturn died to look for a replacement. We looked at Toyota primarily for models with great fuel economy. We met Sal Valenti at the front door. He took us for a test drive in a new Prius, and he carefully explained the ignition system and safety features before we left and as we took a test drive. There was no hassle and no pressure. Sal also made our kids feel welcome while they waited with us to complete the paperwork on our new Prius. I felt that we got a fair deal. I will recommend Seeger! More

I went to several Toyota Dealerships and Seeger was the best over all. Tony Nakajima went out of his way to assist me in purchasing my new 2011 Corolla every step of the way. Even though I bought my 09 Matrix at Seeger, I used another dealer for service because I live a block away from them. However, from now on, I will go to Seeger mainly because of Tim Connelly. He is an exceptional customer service representative. As I was waiting my turn, I overheard how helpful he was to another customer...his demeanor and professional presence was warm and knowledgeable. When it was my turn, he answered my questions without prejudice (as a woman, I do not trust dealer service people). I felt the info he gave me was straight forward and if he couldn't answer my questions, he found the answer immediately. I want to commend Seeger Toyota for their customer waiting lounge....WOW!!!! Carol, greeted me and made me feel welcomed and important...........it helps that she has a bubbly personality. My overall experience was the absolute best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Tim and Carol are real assets to the organization. So much so, that when it came to paying the bill, it was less painful! Kudos to Tim and Carol. I will have no problem recommending Seeger to my friends with Toyotas. More

Everyone at the service center was very friendly and helpful. I brought my car in for a minor recall and a regularly scheduled maintenance checkup, but while I was there they noticed another recall for helpful. I also had a question about how to do basic maintenance myself, which they answered fully and knowledgeably. And, at the end of it all they didn't charge me a thing! (I know recalls are free, but I expected the maintenance checkup to cost something.) Overall, it was a very good experience! More

I originally test drove a very similar car at another local dealership and was incredibly dissatisfied with the service that I received at that dealership. I was hesitant to try another dealership, fear local dealership and was incredibly dissatisfied with the service that I received at that dealership. I was hesitant to try another dealership, fearing the same service., however, I was pleasantly surprised at the service that Harris Giger and the entire Seeger Toyota team provided. I was originally looking at a more expensive model but found all that I needed in the car I ended up purchasing. Harris understood and did not pressure me at all when I told him that I wanted to lower end (and cheaper) model. Harris made the entire car buying experience a fun and easy one. I received a very good trade in value for my vehicle, more than Kelley Blue Book, as well as reasonable pricing on the new vehicle. Overall I would highly recommend Seeger Toyota for anyone considering a new Toyota. More
