I was looking for a convenient, service oriented, dealership to handle warranty and maintenance work for our car. I was out of town for much of the month and he was able to work with me to accomodate my needs. He analyzed my requirements and ordered parts. He then set up a service appointment that met my schedule, once the parts arrived. The warrenty work was performed at no cost to me. In addition, I had scheduled maintenence work performed, as well. All work was performed quickly and the cost for scheduled maintenence work was less than I had anticipated. Tim was pleasant to work with, exceptionally cooperative, and considered my needs as the customer, to be of paramount importance. Not all dealerships take this approach and Tim provided exceptional service. I would definitely recommend Seeger Toyota - Scion service department. More
