This was my first Toyota Care appointment and I wasn't asked how the car was treating me or if there were any problems. When I pointed out that my tail pipe is prematurely rusting I was told that it will asked how the car was treating me or if there were any problems. I would have given you a great for quality of work above, however when I went to get my vehicle it had just been washed and none of the windows were properly dried. When I returned home I had to get window however when I went to get my vehicle it had just been washed and none of the windows were properly dried. When I returned home I had to get window cleaner out and re-wash all the windows because they were all water spotted. The wash was complimentary and I do appreciate that but whoever did the wash could have taken an extra few minutes and properly dried the windows. More

I took in my car because I had a "low tire" warning on the dashboard. It turned out that the cause was a sudden, large drop in temperature.
