Will Todd and his team consistently provide the BEST customer service each time we visit Seeger. The service members are always friendly and we have never had any problems with our Toyotas after the wo customer service each time we visit Seeger. My only complaint is that the cashiers are not friendly. But Will Todd is always WONDERFUL so I don't mind!!! And I would recommend Seeger's Service team to everyone I know! More
Although I purchased my vehicle from another Toyota dealer, I really feel comfortable at Seeger. Everyone from the service intaker, the extremely cordial host in the waiting room, the service rep. and dealer, I really feel comfortable at Seeger. Everyone from the service intaker, the extremely cordial host in the waiting room, the service rep. and the cashier are all worthy of praise for the wonderful customer service that is provided at this installation. The customer service keeps me coming back even if the prices may be somewhat higher than a local dealer. I enjoy the respect that I receive here. More
Bill was great, Greg was great. Highly disappointed in the lack of service from Don. I filled out all needed info on-line, and then took time off of work, came in and Don said "I don't need anything from the lack of service from Don. He didn't discuss anything with me, didn't have me sign anything, didn't ask me if I had any questions, basically scooted me out the door. Then the very next morning he calls me and asks if I can come in and sign paperwork. I was so upset I almost said forget it. I told him no, that I had taken off early the day before to do all that and he didn't have time for me then (and you were open until 9pm that day). So then he seemed very annoyed that he had to do it over the phone, ask all the questions that I was there for the day before to be done. He was never once friendly, ever. I called for tacking numbers (as my mom that lives out of town cosigned for), he said he call me back with them. Since my mom was sitting and waiting to go to work for the package to arrive, I waited an hour later and then I called Bill, who called me back within seconds with the number. An additional 3 hours later (4 hours after I had called him) Don calls me back.... I had already gotten the info... All in all he's unpleasant to work with, made me feel like "we've got the business now, so who cares". Fortunately, the day I did come into pick up the car and sign paperwork was Don's day off and I had the pleasure of dealing with Greg, who was as delightful as Bill. Had it not been for Bill though, after my dealings with Don, I would have just went elsewhere. More

I had an 8:30am. I showed up at 8:25am. I was there for a recall inspection and the technician was suppose to inspect the crossmembers for rust. I sit there for two hours watching at least a dozen other c a recall inspection and the technician was suppose to inspect the crossmembers for rust. I sit there for two hours watching at least a dozen other customers come, wait and then when called go. About and hour and ten minutes into the ordeal and while continuing to watch new customers come in and take a seat then later being called and leaving having completed their service I went and asked a man why? He went and found out and said someone would be up to talk to me and they would be finsihed in the next 10 to 15 minutes. At the two hour of waiting mark the manager came up and said they just inspected the vehicle and need to order a part from somewhere else in St. Louis. He then offered me a car to drive until the repair was finished. That was nice but the question is why did it take two hours to inspect my truck? One of the repair people told me that my appointment really wasn't an apppointment but merely a way to put in me in line with everyone who had got there before me! Needless to say I will never set another appointment at your dealership with this attidude! Your time is not more important than mine. I do what I say and expect others to do the same. Apparently you folks have paid one too many visits to the doctor and think the world revolves around your schedule. Bottom line, this is bad business! Thats why you got this review. David Henry More
