Returned for the 115,000 mile service on my Highlander. Glen knows me by name, sees that service is done promptly since I wait. I would definately buy from him again and send people to him for a sale. the financial experience was great as well. Mr brown was concerned that I knew everything that was available to me and he was dedicated to my being a satified customer as well. I would recommend both gentlemen as great and dedicated Toyota employees. I was directed to Seeger from a friend who had bought from your dealership years ago. she spoke of the good deal and good service she got. I bought my second new Avalon from Seeger in June 2011. I brought my car in for a 6-month check up. I was greeted right away by Tim. He was very helpful and then had someone show me to the lounge. The lounge is wonderful, very open and relaxed, and I certainly appreciated the refreshments, magazines and TV. The hostess was very friendly and nice. Dave came up to tell me my car was ready and reviewed what they had done. It was a great experience! More
My husband was told our car would be ready at noon, however, this was prior to letting us know that the transmission fluid needed to be changed. He called Glenn at approx. 3 in the afternoon and left a message. The machine stated the they would call him right back. At 4 pm my husband still had not received a phone call and called back to the dealership to get the status of the car. He was unable to reach a human the first several times and when he did, he was put on hold for approx 20-25 minutes while someone went to check on the van. It was not Glenn. He was nowhere to be found. When I went to see if the car was ready at 4:45, I let Glenn know that I needed to speak with him after he got off the phone. I went to pay for the service and while paying, he was listening to his messages. One of which was my husband! After paying, I went over to his desk and instead of tending to the customer he continued to listen to the remaining messages on his machine. He was a very poor service rep and did not put the customer first. He did try to explain that he told my husband that the car would be ready at noon, but when a customer calls he needs to get back to them. He went on to say that he had been at a class, and was unable to get to his messages. If that is the case, the the dealership needs to make sure that his customers are taken care of in his absence! My husband is really upset and disgusted with the service. The car was taken care of and it runs great! The people side of the service was AWFUL! Colleen and Scott Balestra More
