Thank you for your DealerRater feedback. I reviewed your last service. The recommendation was to have the wheels aligned. The tech noted some tire wear indicating that the alignment was getting off. This is one of the items checked when your vehicle is in for a service update such as the 30,000 mile maintenance you were having done. Even though the tires may be close to replacement a note of wheel alignment needs should be noted to you as part of your service check. We would not be providing you with a proper service check if we see an issue and not make note of it for you. To have the wheels aligned would help with the remaining life of the current tires and also assure that the replacement tires would wear properly. We hope we can continue to provide you with all the information needed to make choices about servicing your vehicle. Thank you and we truly appreciate your business.
