The service advisors are very friendly, and the customer waiting area is clean and comfortable. There is a TV with plenty of comfy seats/sofa, desk, free snacks area and refreshments, and free wifi. I brought my car in for its usual oil change and tire rotation a few weeks ago. When I brought it in, I told the service writer that my air pressure light kept coming on, and I asked them to rotate and rotation a few weeks ago. The service writer came up and told me that 2 of the tires had too much air, and that they reset them all at 32 pounds of pressure. I took the car back home, and within a week, the low pressure light came on once again. So I brought it back in last week to again have the tires checked because I was leaving on a road trip to Branson and didn't want to end up with tire problems. this time, they came back and said that I had a nail in one of the tires and that it was repairable. I had them fix it and went on my way. I know that the service department is busy, but I was dissappointed that I had to bring it back in a 2nd time in order for the problem to be found. More

Mr. Weyer started out with the characteristics I expect of a sales representative: cordial, friendly, knowledgeable, computer literate. If he had stopped there, that would be adequate, and I would giv of a sales representative: cordial, friendly, knowledgeable, computer literate. What promoted him up in my view is when we ran into a glitch that changed the situation into one where the prospective car to be delivered was not acceptable. Mark stepped up and solved the problem for me, and I felt he was "on my side" to solve the problem in a way that was favorable to me. Since the time of the car's delivery, Mark has followed up with me to ensure my satisfaction, and has repeatedly emphasized not to hesitate to call him if I had any problems or questions. This attitude gives me confidence that he continues to look out for my long term satisfaction, as opposed to "moving on after the sale." More

He also put together a deal that I could handle in my budget. I liked that he was laid back and never did I feel any pressure that one associates with car dealerships. I have purchased 4 Toyotas from Seeger and get them serviced by Seeger and they are as good or better than any dealer that I have ever dealt with. Price is compariable to others and service far exceed serviced by Seeger and they are as good or better than any dealer that I have ever dealt with.
