My husband and I had been looking for a new car for over 2 years now but had not found the car, the people or the dealership we wanted to work with. As soon as we arrived at Seeger I was sure that was wher 2 years now but had not found the car, the people or the dealership we wanted to work with. As soon as we arrived at Seeger I was sure that was where we needed to be. Everyone was so professional and friendly (even when my husband got "buyers remorse" for a day). I love my new Camry and have gotten so many compliments on it already. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Harris, especially, to anyone that is looking for a new car. More
We had decided on the Avalon prior to visiting the dealership so the primary focus really was the personal attention we received. Greg was so very helpful in assisting us with all the other things th dealership so the primary focus really was the personal attention we received. Greg was so very helpful in assisting us with all the other things that go along with the purchase besides picking out the "car" you want. Also, because we had detailed exactly what we wanted, Seeger had to locate a car that matched our requirements. They did just that and came within our budget. The whole experience from top to bottom was pleasant and we would gladly recommend Seeger to anyone looking for a vehicle. A special "Thank You" to Greg because it was his initial greeting that got our attention. Sue has mentioned that to her friends and even to one of the other dealers who had asked us why we did not choose them. Oh, by the way, we love the car. Thank you, Len and Sue Messerli More

I have dreaded buying new cars because of the past games and trickery with which I had been treated. Tony Nakajima and the Seeger management did none of that. Everyone is friendly there. You do not have to deal with uptight aggressive sales people. When we picked the new Prius up, it was sparkling and everything was as it should be. Tony our salesman took a lot of time going through the cars documentation and operation. With the new concepts involved with the hybrid, we needed a little extra time and orientation. Tony was more than willing to stay with us until we were comfortable with the car. His after the sale attitude of helpfulness was a nice finish to a great overall experience. This was better than any car dealer I have ever seen and I have bought 10 cars. If you want a better car buying experience, I would definitely go there. I plan to send my friends and family to them. I am not a friend of this dealer, just a very satisfied customer. Erv Schmitz More
Friendly, quick to resolve problem. I brought my car in to have tire light checked after getting a new tire the day before. Nikki reached out to me to make sure I was helped, and resolved the problem quick to have tire light checked after getting a new tire the day before. Nikki reached out to me to make sure I was helped, and resolved the problem quickly with no charge, even threw in a car wash. While I waited, I had a cup of good coffee. By the way, I am a long-time customer, knew the service would be good....That's why I took the vehicle there instead of someplace else. More

The "used car salesman, Randy Hixson called my wife and I on 3/23/12 on my cell phone and stated that he recently received a "trade-in" from a new car sale, by the new car sales team. We came into See and I on 3/23/12 on my cell phone and stated that he recently received a "trade-in" from a new car sale, by the new car sales team. We came into Seeger Automotive on the above mentioned date and discussed the vehicle for sale, 1997 Toyota Corolla. We took the car out for a drive as were advised by Randy that we did not need to return the car until 6:00 p.m.,time he had another prospective client for said vehicle, agreed. We requested a review of the car by a friend of ours who reviews/inspects cars for numerous people.(he has an excellent/ positive history) He advised to: Get a Kelly Blue Book with the relative options, if any, including mileage and/or deductions, if applicable. Found that the transmission of this vehicle was not shifing up as proper, based upon an automatic transmission. The radiator needed to be flushed with new like, kind and quality fluids as long overdue, looks like the car had been sitting, w/o used for a long time... Brought the car back to this dealership about 4:00 p.m. and brought in the dealer the kbb.com related cost details for purchase, via the time-period that this evaluation was relative to, currently. Mr. Hixson told us, my wife and I in no uncertain terms that due to the current price of fuels, the average cost of this car had greatly increased, he was asking about $5,070.00. I asked for any documentation that he could present, in order to support these higher values for this vehicle. Mr. Hixson never presented any documentation BUT he kept reviewing with us, if we would not pay what he wanted, he was sure he could find someone else who would pay... The Kelly Blue Book evaluation that I printed-out was submitted to Mr Hixson for about $3,400, for a basic Toyota Corolla and the mileage of 87,132. Mr Hixson kept advising to our fears that the car is worth more than our KBB documentation, nothing to substantiate same. It should be noted that Seeger, Mr Hixson's employer uses the same car evaluation system, Kelly Blue Book.com. Mr Hixson then left the office, we presume to speak with his sales mgr., Mike Kabbaz and never returned our KBB evaluation paper-work, he stated that the evaluation was not totally accurate, we reviewed the process and noted the only two forms of evaluation which were accurate... I then reviewed the radiator issues and transmission, no response was given. Mr Hixson stated a return price for said vehicle in the amount of $3,850.00, difference of $450.00. We did not agree and were again reminded of the higher costs for these type of "low mileage" cars, no documentation on how his revision was arrived at or any explainations. Mr Hixson reiterated that if we did not accept, he would surely be able to find someone else who would pay what he was asking for. We finally accepted with pressure this figure and was forced to also accept an "administrative fee of $85.00. These said costs are said to be for paper, computer work, etc. We do not feel that we owed this fee as well but he advised that it was required? He once again showed us no documentation to indicate that this fee was required. Randy was quick to mention that Seeger was lower than most other dealers, for administrative fees. Please note that I am not aware of ever paying such a fee, this is "fill only" used to obtain further fees from "clients". Randy kept running off from his office location, to talk to other clients while trying to conclude our paper-work, we felt that these other activities were un-called for. We had an important meeting to attend that night at 6:00 p.m., Randy was advised of same periodically during our time at Seeger...Randy never raised the issues of the radiator or tranmission, I guess that he was too busy. He did note that the car received an emission and vehicle inspection, changed the oil and replaced the w/s wipers, as defective. As we were late for our appointment, my wife went home, after submitting Randy's required payments and I drove w/Randy to the nearest gas station, car was filled and he walked back to his dealership, in order to re-attend with his waiting clients who he spent time with while working to conclude our sale... Note that Randy was to leave on vacation around 9:00 p.m. on this date so he appeared somewhat dis-interested during our sales process. (never were able to get a reply regarding the transmission or radiator issues) We quickly left for our meeting, were of course late... We are not happy with Mr Hixson's "scare tactics, used to push for his sale price which was never explained. Also, his leaving us at his desk while he attended non-related activities to our sale. Never addressed how he arrived at his higher price than his employers car evaluation service, kbb.com. He also never replied though we asked two or three times about the radiator and transmission concerns... More
