I initially made my appointment through the website and emailed the assigned Service Advisor with a question. When I hadn't heard back in three days, I called the same Service Advisor and wasn't able to g emailed the assigned Service Advisor with a question. When I hadn't heard back in three days, I called the same Service Advisor and wasn't able to get through, so I talked to a different Service Advisor who answered my phone questions very thoroughly and professionally (how long will the service take and approximate cost). So, the experience setting up the appointment was initially less than stellar. However, once I arrived on site for the appointment, everything was handled beautifully -- very professional, friendly and prompt. More
We decided on Friday, March 30 that we wanted to buy a new car. We have owned two camrys in a row and when I test drove the 2012 camry on April 2, it was exactly what I wanted. Nick Reynolds explained everything the car had on it, the changes from years before, and I thought he knew the car very well. He was very friendly and kind to me. Nick worked hard to get us the car we wanted for the price that worked for us. Greg Brown was very knowledgeable and we had full confidence in him as he explained the financial end of it to us. The entire deal went quickly, and the staff was very attentive to us. It was a no hassle purchase for us, the best car buying experience we have had and we have had many. I am the primary driver of my cars and I want my cars to be in good driving condition.I may go out of town and when I decide to do so, I want my car to be ready. I have the oil changed and other maintenance done there. I have been going to Seeger for some time now and they have done a very good job with my cars. This is my fifth Totota and I have kept three of them for 10 years for ten years. I really do not like all of those POP-UPS. Why do I have to accept that? I rather to do the evaluation in person. I am only trying to be fair to the workers, because they have given me good service over the years. I DO NOT LIKE POP-UPS!!!! PLEASE!!!!! More

Would have put great for quality of work but the check engine light came on the day after I picked up the car. Now have to bring it back on Saturday(my only day I can do it) and wait with it again to see engine light came on the day after I picked up the car.
