Service was pleasant and helpful. One minor compaint would be that the service technician didn't update the window sticker that reminds me of when the next oil change is due, and the prior sticker entry would be that the service technician didn't update the window sticker that reminds me of when the next oil change is due, and the prior sticker entry was incorrect. It was based on a 5,000 oil change interval when the correct interval is 10,000 (due to using synthetic oil). This is minor, but could bear receiving closer attention. More
brought the scion in for a oil change and tire rotation-found out we had to have the antifreeze flushed out, so it took longer than expected. The staff at Seeger Toyota is OUTSTANDING! I came in to the service department yesterday to inquire on a "maintenance required" indicator, and whether it simply needed to be reset or if actual maintenance the service department yesterday to inquire on a "maintenance required" indicator, and whether it simply needed to be reset or if actual maintenance was required. I haven't yet owned my vehicle for 60 days. Will Todd was my service advisor, and he informed me that it was indeed time for its scheduled oil change and tire rotation. When I inquired as to if it would count as one of my first three free oil change services via Seeger Care he was happy to consult the preowned manager, Mike Kabbaz, for an answer. I was serviced with an oil change and tire rotation and Seeger took care of it without it counting towards my freebies. Very classy! Bil Beattie was my original contact regarding this matter, and although he was off when I came in he should be held in high regard. He even insisted I make sure they run my vehicle through the car wash before leaving. I also add the Nikki O'Hanlon helped me with over-the-phone information, and was very courteous and helpful too! I have to say that dealerships I've purchased from in the past have concluded their "service" the moment I drove off the lot, but Seeger has amazed me in every way so far. I'm very impressed with the friendliness as well as the service I have received. I feel like I can come back with any issue and feel genuinely welcome. There is no question that I'd recommend your sealership to my friends and family. Seeger is a class-act all the way! More

Sometimes it can be painful putting money out there for car repairs, but this I have to say. Every time I go into the service dept. of Seeger, it is a pleasant experience. Tim is so friendly, easy to talk car repairs, but this I have to say. Every time I go into the service dept. of Seeger, it is a pleasant experience. Tim is so friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about each of our Toyota cars. Plus, He was able to fit me into the schedule in a very timely fashion. Every time I trust his advice and integrity. I also know he is trying to save me money. The other customer service guys and cashiers are also pleasant and friendly. Believe me, I have been to other car repair dealers and service stations. I trust this one by far and would recommend it to anybody, and I am very thankful for Tim Connelly. He reduces the stress we could experience due to car repairs/maintenance, to a minimum. More

Mike is a super friendly down to earth guy and was very easy to work with. Don was also very pleasant to work with and explained all of the financials very clearly. Not only was my issue not fixed, the car was returned to me in worse condition. The seal was broken and left hanging and now my dome light does not work.
