This was a follow-up to a minor complaint I'd made the week earlier, when I had my car in for a 15K maintenance. I commented that the air blower produced a musty, slightly sour odor when run without A/C o week earlier, when I had my car in for a 15K maintenance. The service tech encouraged me to have this looked-at while the car is still under warranty, in case there might be a problem behind it. I consider this pro-active and very helpful. There was no mechanical problem, and the tech suggested I avoid setting the climate control to recirculate, as this promotes humidity build-up which can grow mold. This made sense, and I shall heed this advice. More

The service staff is always friendly and welcoming and accomodates my schedule by offering a courtesy car when I need to leave my car at the dealership overnight. I wanted a Matrix,but I probably wouldn't have bought a car that day if it weren't for Harris. Since I knew what I wanted because I already had one, it would have been easy for me to spot a fake. At 70+ years, I finally found a car salesman who respected a woman's intelligence. His offer was good without any haggling. He was thorough in explaining the functions of the new car and how they were different from my old car. It truly was an exceptional experience, and I believe him when he said I could call him if I had further questions. HE DESERVES A BONUS!! More

After purchasing the auto we received a very thorough introduction to the controls and features on the vehicle. I would highly recommend Seeger Toyota looking to buy a Toyota/Scion. More
