This was a follow-up to a minor complaint I'd made the week earlier, when I had my car in for a 15K maintenance. The service tech encouraged me to have this looked-at while the car is still under warranty, in case there might be a problem behind it. I consider this pro-active and very helpful. There was no mechanical problem, and the tech suggested I avoid setting the climate control to recirculate, as this promotes humidity build-up which can grow mold. This made sense, and I shall heed this advice. More
