Lack of communication I was told it would take 30 minutes for the recall fix which is why I decided to wait. I did not need or want car wash or inspection. The one and a half hour wait was unreasonable and without explanation. I’ll find another dealership in the future. More

Customer service really was poor. I just want to start by saying that Lynnette was really great. However everyone else I dealt with, especially John, were rude and unhelpful. Subaru Recall Brought in my Forester for a recall. Drove right into the service bay. Was greeted by an associate right away. Friendly and helpful but quoted wrong The service was overall very good. The advice employees were friendly and helped me get a loaner car due to my car's part being out. However, I was qu The service was overall very good. The advice employees were friendly and helped me get a loaner car due to my car's part being out. However, I was quoted the wrong price (by Lauren) and had to pay more money than expected. I understand where the flaw happen, but it wasn't quite fair to me. I was quoted around $630 but ended up having to pay a little over $1,000. This was a rather big shock today. Amanda was very friendly and helpful and apologized for the mistake, but it was not what I was expecting in the least bit. Amanda was very helpful though and I appreciated working with her as she explained every step of the process and made me feel at home. More
