Worst service ever. If I could give this dealership no stars I would. Drop my car off for a simple oil change, tires rotations and wiper changes. I drop my car off at 11 A.M, didn’t heard anything from the dealership, so I decided to call to make sure everything was good. I called around 3 PM in the afternoon. The person that answer the phone told me that my car was still not ready and it was going to be ready around 4-4:30 PM. Received a text saying that my car is ready to go at 4:15 PM went there any nothing. Around 4:25 PM finally talked to someone and guess what my car was not fully ready. The lady asked me if I wanted to wait to get my car washed.. and I obviously said no!!!! I waited for my car for about 5:30 hrs... for a simple maintenance. Like how???? That’s my question I don’t understand. I’m really upset also at my other dealership my wipers are included in my maintenance plan, so why did I had to pay for them... I’m for sure not going back. More

Usually good- but not today. We usually have good experiences with secor service but the service I received most recently was not good. Went in for an oil change. I had made an 830 appointment and was told 1 -1.5 hours. I waited for over two hours by the time my car was done. After 1.5 hours I had to ask at the desk more than once if my car was ready. When it finally came out, I paid, and then explained my anger and frustration for spending 2+ hours for a simple oil change. Amanda was very apologetic and when she looked at the paper work my car wasn’t checked In until 9:15!!!! 45 minutes I sat in the waiting area and my car hadn’t even been checked in after arriving at 830. Amanda was excellent and very apologetic. She gave me a card for a free oil change next time but whoever was in charge of checking me in and wasting almost a hour of my day should be held responsible. I chose to come here instead of a quick lube place which would have certainly been faster. We use secor for all of our maintenance on our two Subaru’s. The work is great and their service usually is too, but this was a real disappointment. More

Service/tire rotation was 4plus hours I made an appointment week ahead for 8 am oil change/ tire rotation. Service rep, young lady kept coming to customer lounge for other customers needs I made an appointment week ahead for 8 am oil change/ tire rotation. Service rep, young lady kept coming to customer lounge for other customers needs such as filters and so on. I finally ask about my car at 10:30, she says she will check. A couple minutes later comes back and tells me my car just went on lift, nearly 1100. I couldn’t leave as my car was now on lift !! She says their short a couple of techs today. Why not tell me at 8:00am. I would have left for another day !! Never Again. More

I stood around to check in my car in the 100 degree day. Turnover of staff and a temp at the desk. No one seemed interested in making this a good experience for the customer. Eventually someone did step in and did text me updates while I waited. At Nissan same faces and super positive checkin experience. They run like clockwork there. Come on people. Prioritize the customer. More
